Document Description
The San Bernardino County Flood Control District is proposing Amendment No. 2 to Revenue License Agreement No. 12-171 with Reche Canyon Mobile Home Estates for the continued non-exclusive use and access of approximately 45 square feet of unimproved land adjacent to Reche Canyon Creek, located southwest of the intersection of Reche Canyon Road and East Washington Street in the City of Colton. The License allows for the continued access and nonexclusive use of directional signage on 45 square feet of unimproved land within the Flood Control District's right-of-way. The amendment would extend the existing license term for an additional five (5) years, from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2031.
