Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes micro-surfacing from EP to EP
on the on and off ramps going east and west bound at Mill St Overcrossing in Kern
County on State Route 58 between postmiles 91.3-92.0. Existing stripes and pavement markings will be removed and replaced with Thermoplastic. Construction area signs, pavement delineation, and ramp closures are proposed. No ground disturbance is proposed. All work for this project will be performed within existing right-of-way.
