Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MOD-63256-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Greg Bordelon/Frontier Communications. The project is limited to the installation of approximately 1,985 feet of fiber optic cable via underground placement along County Road 75 in Modoc County. The work will consist of approximately 1,314 feet of plowing and 671 feet of horizontal directional drilling (HDD). The Pit River Crossing will consist of 500 feet of HDD with a minimum depth of 48 inches below the drainage feature. The project is intended to upgrade existing copper infrastructure to broadband service within Modoc County.
