The Applicant proposes installing a new water pump, four 85-gallon pressure tanks, reconfiguring existing water system piping, and operating as a new public water system. The Applicant has chosen to establish a public water system under new ownership. Although the existing facility historically relied on Well 01 from the Jacumba Valley Ranch Water Company, the facility began purchasing hauled water from a certified hauling company and disconnected from Well 01 on March 14, 2026. The Applicant currently relies solely on hauled water.
