Document Description
The proposed project (“Project”) is for Revino, a Certified Bottle Washer Processor (BWP) facility, and will require tenant improvement (building permit) in an existing building. The proposed use includes administrative offices, meeting space, storage, and loading. The square footage directly associated with the bottle washing function is less than the maximum of 49 percent of the Project’s total lease space and is classified as incidental and allowable use under General Services with a building permit; no discretionary permits are required, and is located at 115 North H Street (APN: 085-121-004) in the Old Town Commercial (OTC) Zoning District. CEQA review and a copy of the NOE are required for the grant funding for the project.
