Reasons for Exemption
The Suncreek Specific Plan EIR (SCH# 2006072067) and MMRP was approved in November, 2013. The Steelridge project was analyzed in the EIR as part of the overall Suncreek Specific Plan. The proposed amendments are consistent with the land uses analyzed in the EIR and the number of units would not change. Therefore, impacts related to footprint and density would be the same as those previously disclosed.
