Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to install 630 linear feet of conduit under State Route (SR) 33 within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) at post mile (PM) 11.49, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Ojai, Ventura County. The proposed work will involve boring to tie in fiber rod and rope to existing Charter handholes. Excavation will have a minimum depth of 42 inches and maximum depth of 48 inches, and an average width and length of 1 inch by 630 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
