Document Description
The proposed Oakley Library & Community Center is a new single-story civic building totaling approximately 13,030 square feet, including approximately 12,015 square feet of enclosed building area and 1,015 square feet of covered exterior space. The facility is intended to replace the existing Oakley Library currently operating within Freedom High School and to provide expanded library and community-serving space adjacent to City Hall and Civic Center Park. The project includes modifications to the existing site, including demolition and replacement of certain outdoor amenities, restroom and amphitheater relocation, parking lot modifications, landscaping, and circulation improvements.
