Document Description
Grant a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) to Shasta State Historic Park for the purpose of installing and/or upgrading underground conductors, and installing new above ground equipment where necessary to harden the electrical systems and reduce the risk of future wildfire ignition. Vegetation work (e.g. mowing) will be performed to ensure site safety and reduce fuel as needed. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE, Easement and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
