Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-62993 -R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robert Rawdanowicz. The project is limited to the construction of a concrete crossing over Cripple Creek. Six inches of soil along the creek banks and creek bed will be excavated where the concrete will be placed. Steel rebars will be installed into the excavated areas before concrete is poured. The south bank will have an approximately 25-foot by 10-foot concrete ramp, the north bank will have an approximately 22-foot by 10-foot ramp, and the creek bed will have an approximately 20-foot by 5-foot concrete path tied in with an abandoned sewer pipe.
