The project includes a General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Minor Subdivision, Development Plan and Architectural Review Permit to construct a four-unit affordable housing development at 85 Woodsworth Lane. The project amends the General Plan designation for the project site at 85 Woodsworth Lane from Multi-Family Low Density to Multi-Family Medium Density, rezones 22 legal parcels along the north side of Woodsworth Lane from PUD-347 to a new PUD zoning district, subdivides the parcel at 85 Woodsworth Lane into four parcels, and develops four attached, single-family dwelling units within two separate buildings across the four resulting parcels. The project would also include site and frontage improvements, including undergrounded utilities.
