The City of Redding (City) proposes to rehabilitate existing secondary clarifiers 1 and 2 at the City’s Stillwater Wastewater Treatment Plant by removing and replacing all mechanical and electrical equipment inside the clarifier structures, as well as the access bridges and stairs, the grout floors, effluent slide gates, and all piping inside both structures. The project will involve receiving new equipment, removing the existing equipment and installing the new equipment within the same general location.
