Document Description
This project consists of a request for a Conditional Use Permit to establish tobacco retailing in a proposed convenience store: and Site Plan and Design Review, for the construction of a gas station with four fuel islands (8 nozzles), a 4,761 square-foot convenience store. and associated site improvements. The project consists of a 3.350 square-foot canopy for the fuel stations and two underground 20,000-gallon fuel storage tanks. The project includes 25 parking spaces and eight electric vehicle charging parking spaces. The proposed construction meets all height, setback, and lot coverage requirements for the Highway Commercial (HC-R) zone.
