Document Description
To authorize an existing 15-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) irrigation pipe through the levee, a 15-inch slide gate in a 36-inch CMP manhole riser on waterward slope with a security cover and to remove and replace approximately 400 feet of 15-inch reinforced concrete pipe below grade on the waterside berm and a flap gate on the south bank of the Stanislaus River. The 15-inch pipe was previously authorized in USACE Operations and Maintenance Manual Unit No. 4, San Joaquin & Stanislaus Tributary project, Page 5; and USACE As-Builts Drawing No. 07-04-1666, Sheet No. 55.4 (station 34+00).

Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15300.2 apply.
