The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to repair/replace the electrical components of a fiber hub along State Route (SR) 99 at Postmile (PM) 16.61 in San Joaquin County. All work will be done within Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of the project is to ensure the Traffic Management Center has reliable real-time live video feed of roadway, traffic, and weather conditions within the project limits. The project is needed to improve mobility of the traveling public.
