Document Description
The Alhambra High School Building F Renovation Project (“Project”) consists of: (1) modernization of Building F, including demolition of the existing 2-story, 12 classroom building with a new 2-story 17 classroom building, student and staff bathrooms, electrical room and storage rooms, removal of 12-14 trees within the emergency vehicle access road, construction of connecting walkways and a quad area, landscape modifications and fencing; and (3) modernization of the Administration building and lobby area, library, and outdoor covered dining/commons that includes miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, plumbing upgrades. Work is expected to commence in June 2027.

Class 11: The Project consists of the construction of minor structures accessory to the existing facilities. Class 14: The Project includes minor additions to an existing school site that do not increase student capacity by 25% or ten classrooms, whichever is less.
