CDCR Division of Adult Paroles, will lease approximately 4,765 square foot office located in Redding, CA. The project will involve interior renovations and build out of an existing office including replacing ceiling tiles, electrical fixtures, paint, carpeting, flooring, and roll up shades. The project also includes installing a security system, including exterior cameras, alarm keypads, and key card readers, and implementing all new safety requirements to include installing a mantrap. This project is needed as the current Lessor in Redding will not renew the Lease.
