The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MOO-62434-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Abby Holland. The Project will deconstruct and remove an existing damaged 3-culvert water crossing and restore bank slope and channel bed elevations to conditions that existed prior to the water crossing installation in Mill Creek.

Reasons for Exemption
The Project qualifies for Class 4, Minor Alterations to Land exemption because Abby Holland will make only minor alterations to privately-owned land to remove a damaged creek crossing. These activities include temporary sediment control feature installation during deconstruction and removal of the 3-culvert water crossing and temporary ground disturbance to restore Mill Creek bed and banks to conditions that existed prior to the culvert crossing installation. The restored creek bed and banks will match upstream and downstream channel geometry, grade, and topography.
