Document Description
The purpose of this project is to improve B100 road conditions and upgrade existing stream crossings throughout the Blue Creek watershed in order to reduce sediment delivery and improve water quality in Blue Creek. The work includes replacing nine stream-crossing culverts and thirty-one ditch-relief culverts along the B100 road system. All culverts will be upsized to accommodate the 100-year storm event. Construction activities will follow the guidelines outlined in the Pacific Watershed Associates Handbook of Forest, Ranch, and Rural Roads.
