Document Description
The proposed project will provide utility connections for a temporary chiller. The building has an existing chiller that provides cooling to the building. This project will provide electrical connections, electrical equipment, and associated piping so that, in case of an emergency, a temporary chiller on a trailer can be used.
Specifically the project will install auxiliary electrical and piping connections for the mobile air-cooled chiller located at the mechanical outbuilding that serves Building 197; provide a new circuit breaker in the available space of the existing switchboard; provide a temporary chiller connection box; and provide feeder from switchboard to chiller connection box. All underground utilities will be installed within existing utility corridors.
