The Department of resources Recycling and Recovery approved the remediation of multiple BLM sites on May 7, 2026, under the authority of Public Resource Code (PRC) Sections 48020 et seq. The multiple projects are actions by a State regulatory agency, as authorized by state regulations and codes, to perform work required to restore and protect the environment.
