Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-60636-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pacific Gas and Electric Company – Oakland, as represented by Bridget Bischoff. The project proposes to remove two concrete k-rail revetments and all rock slope protection that were previously installed during an emergency stabilization project and remediate the impacted area. The project is limited to the removal of hardscape; the modification or complete removal of an existing fence that spans the channel width; ground disturbance associated with grading the underlying banks; and revegetation of the site. No trees will be removed during project activities.
