The site is adequately served by existing public utilities and municipal services, including water, sewer, storm drainage, police, and fire protection. Additionally, staff reviewed the exceptions to categorical exemptions pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 and determined that no exceptions apply.
