Document Description
The purpose of this project is to develop a new storage yard for Caltrans maintenance related needs to maintain the state highway system for the traveling public. Approximately 4.3 acres of land would be permanently acquired to develop the new facility. Establishment of the storage yard would include new paved surfaces (driveway and pad for maintenance equipment), clearing and grubbing of existing vegetation, ne fencing and gate installation, and the creation of a stormwater detention basin and earthen berm to capture stormwater runoff.
