Reasons for Exemption
The project is exempt because the East Ridge 1210 Tank project consists of minor alterations of existing public or private structures and facilities, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The Project is exempt because the East Ridge 1210 Tank project consists of construction and location of limited new small structures, such as a storage tank. The 1998 Valley View SP Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and 2015 Notice of Exemption under CEQA Guidelines Section 15182 for the East Ridge Village Tentative Subdivision Map (TM14-1521) continues to be relevant and adequate environmental analysis to address the impacts of completing the development of the East Ridge Project. The project will also construct distribution lines of less than sixteen (16) inches in diameter, and related appurtenances.
