Document Description
The San Bernardino County Flood Control District is proposing Amendment No. 4 to License Agreement No. 94-0291 with City of San Bernardino Municipal Water District for the continued operation and maintenance of an existing 8-inch geothermal pipeline within the District's Twin Creek Channel for a distance of approximately 695 feet under Permit No. P-291053 as well as the operation and maintenance of a 16-inch geothermal water line for a distance of approximately 5,325 feet under Permit No. P-287059. The amendment would extend the existing license term for an additional ten (10) years, from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2036.
