The project will not have any significant impact on the environment and is further exempt from CEQA under Appendix A of Napa County’s Local Procedures for Implementing CEQA (Ministerial Exempt Projects in Napa County), Item No. 12 – New access roads and driveways. The project meets the qualifications because (a) Is not located in an environmentally sensitive area; and (b) Does not involve grading in excess of 2,000 cubic yards if the average slope is less than 10% or 1,000 cubic yards if the average slope is 10% or greater; and (c) Does not result in a new driveway over 300 feet in length.
