Document Description
The proposed project will replace the roof on the fire house building (building 146) at Napa State Hospital as it's past its useful life. Work will include removing approx. 6,000 SF of existing roof material down to the structural substrate including all fasteners and adhesives, removal of all flashing and coping and replace with a single ply roofing system. Additional work will removal, refurbish, and reinstall roof drain assemblies; and relocate antenna mounted on roof to exterior wall.

Building 146 is part of the Napa State Hospital, a historic era facility which has been evaluated for eligibility for listing as a historical resource and subsequently reviewed by the California Office of Historic Preservation. The State confirms that Building 146 is not part of a historic district, nor is it eligible for listing as a historical resource. No exceptions to the exemption apply.
