Document Description
The project proposes to develop a residential community consisting of 61 for-sale townhome units with approximately 10,876 square feet of common open space and 136 parking spaces. The residential community would consist of nine separate three-story townhouse buildings (four-plex to ten-plex) totaling approximately 103,759 square feet in living area (excluding garages and open spaces). Proposed utility connections, landscaping improvements, and circulation improvements would also be installed. Proposed City entitlements include General Plan Amendment, Zoning Change, Tentative Tract Map, Density Bonus, and Density Bonus Waiver. It is noted that the project site is not listed pursuant to Government Resources Code Section 65962.5.
