The purpose of this Encroachment Permit request is a continuation of work done under Permit No. 08-21-N-MC-0458, to perform raven eggs oiling on I-15 NB and SB, from 8 – 12 feet off I-15 pavement by using mobile, telescoping pole based remote fluid application system (RFAS). The work within Caltrans ROW and this CE covers work within the Caltrans ROW only.
