The Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission has determined that the approval of LAFCO SC#559 is categorically exempt from environmental review. The Executive Officer determines that approval of the service extension agreement falls under the Class 3 Categorical Exemption, Section 15303(d) of the State California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, as the agreement relates to sewer connection (extension) to serve existing structures. Therefore, this proposal is not subject to environmental review under the provisions of the State CEQA Guidelines section cited above or the Commission’s adopted CEQA Guidelines.
