Document Description
A proposal to expand an existing goat dairy located at 3755 6th Avenue, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 002-170-028 and 048, in two phases. Phase 1 includes the establishment of two (2) 150’x 400’ (60,000 sq. ft./each) shade structures, two (2) 20’x 400’ (8,000 sq. ft./each) shade structures, for a total of 136,000 sq. ft. of structures and 100’x 400’ corrals connecting the structures, and feed lanes. Phase 2 will include the establishment of a 100’x 260’ (26,000 sq. ft.) shade structure for baby goats. The proposed project for Summerhill Goat Dairy will not increase the herd size.
