Document Description
Department of Water Resources (DWR) staff will perform mowing & grading of Reach 3 of the California Aqueduct from MM 70.88 – 86.73. A motor grader with approx.15 ft wide blade will be used. Mowing will be done using a tractor & pull behind mower attachment for 10 ft on either side of the established roads, with mower blades remaining 6 inches above ground. From MM 78.0 - 80.0, mowing will be in accessible areas between paved right side Aqueduct road & DWR property boundary fence line. From MM 84.00 - 86.50, mowing will be in accessible areas between paved right side Aqueduct road & the v-ditch. All work is within DWR right of way.
