"(g) Maintenance dredging where the spoil is deposited in a spoil area authorized by all applicable state and federal regulatory agencies." The project would involve maintenance dredging to restore navigable depths necessary for safe vessel access and continued operations at the Bay Ship & Yacht's (BSY's) dry dock facilities. Dredged materials will be disposed of at a fully permitted site approved by the Dredged Material Management Office (DMMO). BSY is obtaining permits for the dredging from the DMMO agencies.
