Document Description
Special event (temporary) firework show held on three floating barges of the shoreline within the breakwater limits to celebrate the 4th of July. All activities are required to be in conformance with all required regulatory permits, including water quality standards and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act included in the special events permit application. Events to be held on July 4, 2026. The firework display will follow the Fireworks Best Management Practices Plan included with the issued NPDES Permit (ORDER NO. R4-2023-0180, NPDES NO. CAG994007, CI–10739, SERIES NO. 002), or as amended by the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. Coordinates:
