Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Wastewater and Recycled Water Facility Planning Study. The Project includes developing a comprehensive planning study to evaluate the feasibility of improving reliability of and expanding recycled water use in the City of Scotts Valley. The study will address water conservation challenges, improve water resource management, and reduce reliance on fresh/potable water supplies for non-potable uses. The study will also aim to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accommodate future population growth, and enhance the efficiency, capacity, and reliability of the City’s wastewater and recycled water facilities.
