Document Description
The City adopted the original Master Plan for the 208-acre Fairview Park in March 1998 to protect a number of important cultural and biological resources while providing a number of public recreational opportunities. The FPMPU refines the original master plan document to reflect current conditions and concepts for restoring and preserving the resources of the City park. By adopting the FPMPU, the City will address the critical need for a Long-Term Management Plan that safeguards cultural resources and conserves biological resources, including the essential vernal pool habitat, while maintaining its various recreational and public uses.
