Document Description
A Right of Entry permit request has been received from Rincon consultants to conduct cultural and paleontological pedestrian surveys for the Ironwood Transmission Project. The issuance of a Right of Entry permit classifies as a project under CEQA. Per Rincon, this right of entry request is to allow for cultural resource and paleontological resource surveys for the Ironwood Transmission Project located in Imperial County, California. A 500-foot wide survey will occur in the project corridor consisting of visual pedestrian surveys. The collection of significant resources will not occur without the approval of State Parks, and no ground disturbing activities are planned.
