Document Description
The proposed project includes the design and construction of single occupancy all-gender restroom on the 4th floor of Building 053 located at 1615 Capitol Avenue. The new restroom will replace an existing storage room. The proposed project will also add a new gender-neutral restroom on the 2nd floor of Building 054 located at 1616 Capitol Avenue. The new restroom in Building 54 will replace an existing janitor closet. Associated work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical and modifications to existing fire alarms and fire sprinklers in both buildings.
