topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The project involves minor alterations
to an existing facility using power supplied from an existing on-site electrical substation for the installation of up to three
(3) UTRs, above-ground rigid metal conduit and conductors, charger equipment mounted on steel support frames, local
disconnects, and protective bollards which will involve negligible alteration and no expansion of existing or former use of
the site.

terminal operations, the project involves new construction and installations of up to three (3) electric vehicle charging stations, above-ground rigid metal conduit and conductors, charger equipment mounted on steel support frames, local disconnects, and protective bollards.
