Document Description
The Madera Transit Station Specific Plan (MTSP) would guide development on approximately 3,801 acres in Madera County, including a portion of City of Madera and its SOI. It establishes a multimodal, transit-oriented framework around the planned Madera Station (Amtrak/HSR), updates planning near Madera Community College, and organizes the area into eight neighborhoods. At full buildout, the MTSP would allow up to 11,674 dwelling units and approximately 21.9 million sq. ft. of non-residential development.
