The Project will consist of a cannabis distribution facility located at 8614 UNSWORTH AVE, SACRAMENTO, CA 95828. On September 21st, 2017, the Zoning Administrator approved a Conditional Use Permit to establish 13,000 square feet of cannabis cultivation located within a warehouse building (Z17-039). Subsequently, a Conditional Use Permit Minor Modification approved the conversion of 2,099 square feet of cultivation space to 1,519 square feet of manufacturing space and 580 square feet of distribution space. The applicant is now requesting to return the 1,519 square feet of manufacturing space back to cultivation space.
