The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as Weaverville Sanitary District - East Weaver Creek Septic-to-Sewer Project. The Project involves feasibility and planning studies, and information collection to prepare for a future construction project which will extend sewer service to the East Weaver Creek area and connect approximately 200 homes currently served by failing on-site septic systems to the Weaverville Sanitary District’s existing collection and treatment system.
