Document Description
Urgency ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Clemente amending Section 28 of the Codification of the Traffic Regulations of San Clemente, California to repeal and replace certain time limitations for parking on portions of Avenida Del Mar, North & South El Camino Real, North & South Ola Vista, and the city owned parking lot at the San Clemente library/community center. Two modifications to Section 28 of the Codification of the Traffic Regulations of San Clemente, California (“Traffic Code”) are proposed for immediate implementation: (1) clarification and standardization of street parking time limits; and (2) the establishment of parking time limits in the City owned parking lot at the San Clemente Library.
