The project would develop 308 units totaling approximately 1,065 beds on two sites totaling approximately 3.2 acres, resulting in a density of 333 beds per acre. The building on Site A would include 144 units (514 beds) and up to 137,000 gross square feet, and the building on Site B would include 164 units (551 beds) and up to 155,000 gross square feet. Both buildings would be seven stories in height, stepping down to six stories along Campus Drive. Site A is currently developed and is occupied by a vacant office building and parking. The Project requires approval of Amendment #5 to the 2007 Long Range Development Plan to revise the land use designation for both sites from the current land use designation of Academic and Support to Student Housing.
