Document Description
The Applicant proposes to operate a new well (Well No. 3) that has been constructed under a ministerial permit from the San Benito County. The water system currently has two wells, near the proposed location of Well No. 3 but is under a compliance order because they do not meet the maximum daily demand. The new well will be connected to a new electrical panel near existing Well No. 1 by 170 feet of conduit, and 75 feet of pipe will connect Well No. 3 to the existing distribution system.
