Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-61243-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Team North Shore TVCA, LLC. The project is limited to the demolition and removal of an existing private pier, and the construction of a new pier, adjustable catwalk, and boat lift on the same parcel. The new pier will be157 feet in length and 10 feet wide. The total length of the new pier will be approximately 125 feet, with a pier head measuring 45-feet in length by 10-feet in width. A 30- foot-long by 3-foot-wide adjustable catwalk will be situated off the northerly side of the pier head, and a 12,000-lb. boatlift utilizing two (2) W10 x 45 I-beams will be installed on the pier terminus.
