Document Description
The Beaumont Unified School District (District) is proposing construction and operation of a new public school on the Project Site, which would serve students from transitional kindergarten (TK) to eighth grade. Once completed, the new school campus would have an enrollment capacity of up to 1,200 students, 124 school staff, and multiple school buildings and facilities. The proposed project would consist of six buildings which would house the administrative, instructional, extracurricular, physical education, and support services. Other project components, which are described as follows, include campus amenities and facilities; vehicular access, circulation, and parking improvements; pedestrian access and circulation improvements; landscape, hardscape, and lighting improvements; and infrastructure and utility improvements.
