Class 2- allows replacement or reconstruction of existing facilities;
Class 4- allows field construction and grading on land with slope less than 10%;
Class 11- allows construction of minor structures accessory to existing facilities in this case shade structures;
Class 14- allows minor improvements to schools which do not expand the capacity or the school by more than 25%. These improvements do not add capacity, change the number of classrooms, or increase the student population beyond this threshold and meet the criteria for a Class 14 Exemption.
