Document Description
The purpose of this project is to remove piping and other associated materials related to the prior removal of non-functioning underground storage tanks (UST) at Marconi Cove in Tomales Bay State Park. Work will use a backhoe, excavating no more than 4-ft deep, to locate and remove all materials left in the area of the removed tanks as well as remove any soils that appear to have been impacted by the USTs. Any soils that appear to be impacted will be separated, stockpiled, and sampled for proper disposal.
